Create and manage spend policies from the dashboard.

Policies (operators)

Open Policies.

Create

  1. Edit rules (budget, caps, escalate-above, categories, lists).
  2. Sign registerPolicy on PolicyRegistry.
  3. Sync the confirmed registration so Postgres stores the durable row.

You receive a policyId. Give that id to any agent that should spend under the policy. The agent must set policyHash to the registered ruleset hash.

Update and pause

Update revises the on-chain hash and stored rules. Pause freezes the policy without deleting history. Resume restores ACTIVE status.

All of these are owner-signed transactions on the product chain.
